CIELIA TOWER NAKANOSHIMA

The design concept is “The Flow.” A facade with gentle movement has been created to suit Nakanoshima, where landscapes evoking the beauty of curves, such as gently flowing rivers, spread out. A wide variety of plans are available, with a total of 29 unit types.

It is a 5-minute walk to Nakanoshima Station on the Keihan Nakanoshima Line and a 4-minute walk to Shin-Fukushima Station on the JR Tozai Line. The common facilities consist of a two-story open-ceiling grand entrance on the 1st and 2nd floors, a fitness studio, coworking room, roof garden, and guest room on the 3rd floor, a two-story open-ceiling riverside lounge and river view terrace on the 3rd and 4th floors, a party salon on the 38th floor, and a sky lounge on the 38th and 39th floors. The site is under a general fixed-term leasehold right (surface right), and the lease term runs until February 28, 2098 from the handover date (including the demolition work period).

As lease conditions, the land lease deposit is returned after the contract period ends, and the rent is revised every 3 years. Transfer and sublease of the leasehold right are permitted; consent is required at the time of transfer, and notice is required at the time of sublease, but no consent fee is charged. The condition is that the leased land must be returned as vacant land by the end of the contract period.
