It drew attention as JR Kyushu’s first Kansai project in its condominium series “MJR,” and is directly connected to Sakaisuji Hommachi Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line.
Its biggest feature is that all units from the 15th floor up are for-sale residences (296 units in total), while up to the 14th floor is rental “RJR SAKAISUJI HOMMACHI TOWER” (144 units in total). The 1F entrance, common areas, and elevators are completely separated in design between the for-sale and rental sections, and even the lowest for-sale residence secures a height of 15 floors. The floor plans range from 1LDK to 3LDK, with a wide lineup of exclusive area sizes from 46.42㎡ to 223.61㎡.
The shared facilities consist of a 1F 24-hour concierge service and owners’ lounge, a 15F guest room (Japanese-style and Western-style), and “The Sky Lounge” on the 29th floor. It is also a 9-minute walk to Hommachi Station on the Midosuji Line, making it a location where you can live close to your workplace in Osaka’s core business district.
