Located at the western edge of Nakanoshima, it is in a location where you can enjoy both the waterside environment and the functions of the city center. It is equipped with a wide variety of shared facilities unique to a large-scale development, including an owners' lounge and cafe lounge on the lower floors, a view lounge with a bar counter and a two-story atrium on the upper floors, three types of guest rooms, and a party lounge.
