It is one building that makes up the Twin Towers with a total of 467 units, and it is a super high-rise tower exceeding 100 m in height. COM’S CITY NOE is part of a large-scale development consisting of four buildings.
It is a 4-minute walk to Noe Station on the Keihan Main Line, and a 7-minute walk to Gamo 4-chome Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line. From Noe Station, you can directly access major stations such as Kyobashi and Yodoyabashi, making it convenient for commuting, going to school, and shopping. To the east, there is Gamo Park with a ground on the adjacent site, and it also has playground equipment where small children can play. Supermarkets, drugstores, and libraries are also scattered around the area.
The biggest attraction is the natural hot spring shared facility “Coms Spa,” and being able to casually enjoy a hot spring is rare even among tower condominiums in Osaka. Other facilities include a kids’ room, guest room, bar lounge, library room, and concierge service. In the open space at the center of the site, a plaza has been created, and eco-friendly measures such as garden watering using rainwater are also being implemented.
