Premist Tower Osaka Shinmachi Laurel Court is a seismic-control tower residence with 38 above-ground floors and a total of 298 units, located in Shinmachi 2-chome, Nishi Ward, Osaka City. Completed in January 2018 and constructed by Obayashi Corporation, it was planned as a “living-environment” type urban tower that takes advantage of its location facing a park and along a tree-lined street, and has become a new symbol of Shinmachi, Nishi Ward.
Because it stands with Shinmachi Minami Park to the south, Naniwa-suji to the east, and roads on all four sides, it offers a spacious sense of openness. A space surrounded by light, wind, water, and greenery has been created, allowing residents to feel the changing seasons and the gently flowing passage of time.
It is a 2-minute walk to Nishiohashi Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line and a 6-minute walk to Yotsubashi Station on the Yotsubashi Line, providing multi-access across 5 stations and 5 lines. Shinsaibashi is within the daily living area. The common facilities consist of a concierge (Mon, Wed, Fri 12-21, Sat, Sun 9-18), a disaster prevention center, a studio gym, party room, private lounge, and guest room on the 2nd floor, and a view lounge and guest room on the 34th floor.
