THE PARKHOUSE NAKANOSHIMA TOWER is a large-scale tower condominium with 55 floors above ground, an approximate height of 193m, and a total of 894 units, built next to Grand Cube Osaka on the west side in 6-chome, Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka City. It was completed in October 2017, and constructed by Takenaka Corporation. It is one of the largest in western Japan, and as a tower condominium adopting a seismic isolation structure, it is the tallest project in Japan.
It is a 2-minute walk to Nakanoshima Station on the Keihan Nakanoshima Line, and a 9-minute walk to Shin-Fukushima Station on the JR Tozai Line. Located at the western edge of Nakanoshima, it is in a location where you can enjoy both the waterside environment and the functions of the city center. It is equipped with a wide variety of shared facilities unique to a large-scale development, including an owners’ lounge and cafe lounge on the lower floors, a view lounge with a bar counter and a two-story atrium on the upper floors, three types of guest rooms, and a party lounge.
