The Uehonmachi Tower is an earthquake-isolated tower condominium with 37 floors above ground and a total of 267 units, located in Fudegasaki-cho, Tennoji Ward, Osaka City. It was completed in June 2009, and constructed by Takenaka Corporation and Obayashi Corporation. It is fully electric, and the open space on the site is landscaped with abundant greenery, while a water basin is installed in front of the entrance to create a soothing and refreshing space with greenery and water.
The nearest station is Osaka Uehonmachi Station on the Kintetsu Osaka Line, an 8-minute walk away. Tanimachi 9-chome Station on the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line, Tsuruhashi Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line, and Tsuruhashi Station on the Sennichimae Line are also accessible. The surrounding area is well served by a wide variety of shopping facilities, and everyday amenities such as hospitals, banks, post offices, and the ward office are all within walking distance. There are also many parks, temples and shrines, and historic sites, making it an enjoyable environment for weekend strolls.
In addition to auto-lock entry, security cameras, and 24-hour staffed management, a security and disaster-prevention monitoring system by Kintetsu Safety 24-S has been introduced.
