Both Kintetsu Osaka Line “Osaka Uehommachi” Station and Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line “Tanimachi 9-chome” Station are a 3-minute walk away. While Namba and Umeda can be reached without transferring, Uehommachi Kintetsu Department Store and Uehommachi YUFURA are within walking distance, so everything from daily shopping to weekend shopping can be done on foot. The school district is the highly popular Sanadayama Elementary School district and Kozu Junior High School district in Osaka.
It has a Sky Plaza on the 4th floor, and security is ensured with auto-locking doors and a resident manager. The lower floors house the Osaka City Social Welfare Center. Although many years have passed since completion, the building has undergone ongoing maintenance work.
